The ‘Young Professionals’ building block focuses on the recruitment, retention and further development of Young Professionals in the region. The talents in the region must be encouraged to settle down and develop here. The building block is tasked with ensuring that all attractive aspects of logistics and the supply chain within the agro-food and manufacturing industry are visible to Young Professionals. These sectors – in this region – should also be interesting and attractive to workers from other sectors.
In cooperation with the other building blocks, the ambition is to make the region more attractive to young talent. The challenge is to increase the inflow into Supply Chain Valley and to expand the opportunities for further development. The region must be abundantly visible to these Young Professionals, offer a future-oriented perspective and it must be clear to them that Supply Chain Valley tackles interesting projects.
